2-hour Immersive Sound Journey: Shadow to Sound (booking essential)

2-hour immersive sound journey offered by our artist and sound healer Zena el Khalil (please reserve your spot by emailing).

As artists, we carry intensity. Unfinished thoughts. Creative frustration. Tenderness. Doubt. Power. The shadow is not something to eliminate, it is material. When we meet it consciously, it becomes fuel. Through gongs, singing bowls, percussions, voice, and guided meditation, we’ll enter a state where the nervous system softens and the inner landscape becomes audible.

The group is limited to 8 participants. The 2-hour format allows space to truly settle, move through what surfaces and integrate.

To reserve a place, please email:
hello@zenaelkhalil.com

No prior experience is needed, FREE

Salon de Ballon - Birds

A modern take on the idea of a French Salon, designed to Entertain & Educate…prepare yourself for a participatory night, with Birds as the theme - bring friends, family and pet birds?

The Salon de Ballon is a participatory event where everyone is encouraged to bring something related to the theme, to share over the course of the evening.  This does not have to be performative (though it can be), it could be a reading, an anecdote, a joke, a dance, an idea, a foodstuff - whatever you like (max 3mins).  The theme of this Salon is: Birds - this can be any interpretation of the word and the theme.

TICKETS ARE HERE: https://www.outsavvy.com/event/31407/the-salon-de-ballon-birds

21st January 2026 @ 7pm- 10pm // Tickets £10 // Open to public // cheap bar
