  • The Kindred Programme

    The Kindred Programme is focussed on continued learning in a peer-led environment. It features exhibitions, performances, lectures, support groups, intimate artist studio visits, parties and ongoing weekly workshops like life drawing. All of this is included within £164 per month fee.

  • Open Studios

    Open Studios is a major public annual event that is attended by around 10,000 people. It is brilliant way to connect with the public, spread the word about what we do and gain exposure with an engaged and passionate audience.

  • Artist Support Group with Abbas Zahedi

    Artist Abbas Zahedi will continue his Art Support Groups which have been delivered over the past year at Tate Modern in our new building. These will be available to all Kindred’s artists and creatives.

  • Monthly Lectures

    Every month we host a lecture in the building for everyone in Kindred. We believe that as an art building we have a responsibility to be a platform for continued learning and imagining better futures.

  • Performance Art

    We host a range of performance art shows and events throughout the year in which you are invited to attend or be part of.

  • Life Drawing Classes

    Expand your practice and develop your craft through out weekly Life Drawing Classes.

How Does It Work?

  • We charge £20 per month towards electricity.

  • VAT is included in the rent quoted.

  • The building is a 24/7 building and we are open everyday but the print studio runs between the hours of 9am - 10pm each day.

  • Post is delivered to reception at the building next door. We ask that you be there to receive large deliveries.

  • You can give 2-months notice at any point in the contract.
