Studios
Kindred’s studios are spaces designed to support artists in developing their practice within a welcoming, creative community. More than simply a place to work, they offer the opportunity to connect, collaborate and become part of studio life at Kindred.

Registering Interest
Spaces do not become available often, but when they do, we may approach artists directly or offer a shared studio place to members of our Art Co-Working community. The best thing to do is to apply for a studio and we will be in touch when things become available.

Attendance Requirements
Our studios are active working spaces, and artists are expected to meet minimum attendance requirements. Regular attendance helps ensure that the studios are being used fully and contributes to a lively, connected creative community.
Giving Back
Every studio artist commits to two days of give-back activity each year. This might involve sharing skills, supporting an event or contributing to the wider Kindred community in another meaningful way.
Artist Criteria
Openness: Being open to new experiences.
Generosity: A giving approach to others.
Commitment: Being dedicated to your practice.
Presence: Regularly attending your studio and being part of the community.
