Kindred Memberships

Artists studios re-imagined.

Kindred Memberships offer a new and flexible way to access studio space while staying connected to a creative community. For just £137 per month, members can make ambitious work in both communal and private settings, attend events, meet clients and gallerists in a professional environment, and enjoy the support of a vibrant network.

Membership includes:

Access to 40 medium-sized day studios and ample desk space suitable for a wide range of practices
On-site storage for work and materials
Use of specialist equipment
Simple studio and desk booking via the Kindred app

Memberships from £137 pm

Includes flexible workspace, access to fully equipped workshop and outside workspace

Unlimited access to the members’ workspaces (different spaces for painters, sculptors, desk-based etc.)
5 hours access to the Artist Workshop per week. Extra day-passes are available to purchase separately.
WIFI
10% Discount in our plant-based Cafe.
Access & participation in free artist talks & selling/exhibitition opportunities.
Ceramics workshop will operate separately and with its own pricing. Terms are presently under discussion- all to be revealed v soon!
Memberships start at £137 per month.
Optional add-on:
Dedicated Storage: £22 per month
Minimum Term:
Members are required to commit to a minimum of 3-months.
Leaving:
There is the flexibility to give 1-months notice after the minimum term is completed.
Deposit:
We hold 1-months rent as a deposit.
Being part of Kindred means that you will need to contribute time and energy in:
- Getting to know others & participating in the culture
- You also have the option to take part in Open Studios and its preparation
- You have the option to give some of your professional time to inspire young people or contribute your skills to one of our community groups.
